Pre-care instructions may include avoiding blood-thinning medications or harsh skincare products. it is important you drink lots of water, avoid smoking and alcohol at least 7 days prior to your treatment for best results. Post-care may involve gentle skincare, sun protection, and avoiding strenuous activities for a short period following treatment.
