HOW IT WORKS
PRP therapy works wonders for the skin due to its rich concentration of growth factors, cytokines, and other bioactive proteins naturally found in our blood. WHAT TO EXPECT

PROCESS
- Consultation: Discuss goals and assess suitability.
- Blood Draw: Small amount of blood is drawn from the arm.
- Plasma Separation: Blood is spun in a centrifuge to isolate PRP and numbing cream is applied to the treatment area
- Application: PRP is applied topically via microneedling to targeted areas, such as the face, neck, or hands or injected to specific areas like under the eyes to improve skin quality and brighten under eye cicles.

Depending on your skin care goals or concerns, you may need 3-6 treatments for best results.
Pre-care instructions may include avoiding blood-thinning medications or harsh skincare products. it is important you drink lots of water, avoid smoking and alcohol at least 7 days prior to your treatment for best results. Post-care may involve gentle skincare, sun protection, and avoiding strenuous activities for a short period following treatment. Who is NOT a good candidate: older clients, unhealthy lifestyle, smokers, lots of medical conditions or medications, diabetes or blood disorders, pregnant or breastfeeding.
You will have temporary redness, tenderness or swelling to the treatment areas. This typically resolves in 24-48h and you may experience light peeling or flaking of your skin for a few days after. Q: Can I do this treatment in the summer? A: Yes but sun protection is extremely important post treatment and best to avoid any activties where you are in direct sunlight 5 days post treatment.
