Beber Plastic Cosmetic Surgery

Labiaplasty is a common surgical procedure designed to decrease the size of the labia minora, the inner, non-hairbearing folds at the entrance to the vagina. This operation is chosen of by women who experience either physical discomfort or dissatisfaction with the appearance of overly-developed or enlarged labia minora.
Labiaplasty surgery begins with surgical planning and markings to mark out the areas of extra labia minora skin to be removed. The markings are made to maximize the aesthetics of the surgery, to achieve as much symmetry as possible between the two sides, and minimize the symptoms that some patients experience because of the protruding tissue. In both awake and asleep surgery, the area of tissue to be removed is injected with local anesthetic to minimize post operative discomfort and to decrease bruising after surgery. The area is then cleansed with an antibiotic soap to minimize the risk of infection. The extra tissue is then surgical removed. Bleeding is minimized by the use of cautery to seal small blood vessels, which decreases bruising and the risk of bleeding after surgery. The incisions are then closed using dissolving sutures that usually dissolve after 2 weeks. Topical anesthetic is then applied and dressings are placed to cover the surgical site. Patients are instructed to begin gentle washing of the area 2 morning and night starting the next day, After each wash patients will apply polysporin to the area and use a maxipad as a dressing after each wash. Patients can return to normal daily activiities the next day including walking, sitting etc… but should avoid upper body excercises for 2-3 weeks and avoid lower body exercises including running, jogging, HIIT routines, yoga, pilates etc… for 6 weeks. Sexual intercouse should be avoided for a period of 6 weeks to allow the tissues to heal properly.

Potential risks are minimal and may include temporary swelling, bruising, or asymmetry. Serious complications are rare but may include infection, allergic reactions or vascular occlusions.

Dermal fillers may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, autoimmune disorders, allergies to filler components, pregnant or breastfeeding women. A thorough consultation with a qualified provider is necessary to determine eligibility.

Pre-care instructions may include avoiding blood-thinning medications or alcohol. Post-care may involve gentle skincare, avoiding strenuous activities, and refraining from massaging the treated areas for a short period following treatment. No strenous activity fo 48-72h, no facials or other profesional treatments over injected areas for 2 weeks, no travel or flying within 5 days post injections
